Welcome to Daikokuten (the "App"), a rewards-based gaming platform operated under the domain dktprotocol.com ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daikokuten mobile application and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the App, and you must delete it from your device immediately.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. If you are under 13, you are strictly prohibited from using the service. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. User Accounts and Security

• Registration: To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing an email address and username, or by logging in through a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google Sign-In). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Account Limit: You are permitted to create and maintain only one (1) account per person. Managing or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Virtual Points and In-App Shop

• No Monetary Value: The App allows users to earn virtual points by playing games (such as Blackjack) and watching advertisements. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that these virtual points are strictly promotional, in-game tokens for entertainment purposes. They have NO real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or cash, cannot be refunded, and cannot be transferred between users or accounts.
• In-App Shop: Any digital items, rewards, or features unlocked or purchased within the in-app shop using virtual points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and possess no real-world value.
• No Ownership: You do not own the virtual points or digital items associated with your account; rather, you possess a limited, personal, revocable license to use them within the App.

5. Advertisements (Google AdMob)

• Voluntary Participation: Advertisements inside the App are provided via Google AdMob. Users voluntarily opt-in to view these advertisements in exchange for virtual points.
• Third-Party Content: We do not control, endorse, or verify the content of the advertisements displayed. We are not responsible or liable for any third-party products, services, websites, or content advertised through Google AdMob. Any interactions or transactions you have with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Cheating and Exploits: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate virtual point balances.
• Automation and Bots: Using bots, macros, scripts, emulators, auto-clickers, or any automated software to play games or watch advertisements.
• Account Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, farming points, or tampering with the App's infrastructure.
• Reverse Engineering: Copying, modifying, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the App's software or source code.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in toxic, harassing, defamatory, or abusive behavior toward other users or our support staff.

7. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to ban, suspend, terminate, or delete your account, modify your virtual point balances, or restrict your access to the App at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, a breach or suspected breach of these Terms (such as cheating or multi-accounting).

If your account is terminated, your license to use the App, including any accumulated virtual points or digital rewards, is immediately revoked and forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property within the App—including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, user interfaces, text, and the name "Daikokuten"—are the exclusive property of Daikokuten and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

9. Modifications to the Service and Points

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue the App, its features, the point system, or the availability of specific rewards in the in-app shop at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service or the loss of any virtual point balances.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Daikokuten, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of virtual points, or device damage, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operators reside, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
